If wanting to sign up for Tiny Tumblers, Twister tots Gymnastics, Kinder tots Gymnastics or the Beginning level Tumbling class you can call us at 630-229-6115; however, we do have limited office hours so for a quicker response you can email Coach Michelle directly at [email protected] and she will answer any questions you may have regarding the program.

Tumbling Program: We are primarily a Tumbling Gym. All students that are past
the beginning level in Tumbling will need to be evaluated to be put in the proper level.
Breaking down each skill helps build progress, safety of the skill and confidence. Our levels and prerequisites are all listed on our information page.

The Tumbling program is designed to help students advance in their Tumbling skills.
We coach several competitive Dancers, Cheerleaders and students that just want to
learn that Handstand or Cartwheel. Taking the time to break down each skill and
properly show technique and use many drills, helps each student continue to grow.

Over the years I have seen several of our students use their Tumbling skills for
competitive Gymnastics, Dance, Cheer or even Theater. I have also seen our students
who just wanted to learn that Cartwheel and Handstand and accomplish that goal. That
is what Coaching is all about, building confidence and giving each student the
opportunity to reach their goals.

Moving up a Level: Each student learns differently and at their own pace, and
what may work or motivate one student may not work for another. As their coach it’s
our job to help them progress and encourage an environment that builds confidence
and a positive coaching style which can lead to more success.

When a student is ready for the next level, we move them right away so they can start learning their next skills.

In the Beginning level, we only focus on Handstands, Cartwheels and Bridges. Handstands are the most important skill to learn since the handstand itself is the basis that is needed for most of the Tumbling skills and for Gymnastics.

Tuition is budgeted on a 48-week year which allows for a Holiday Break in December as well as Spring and Summer Breaks. We do not charge more for “long’ months, nor less for ‘short’ months.

Monthly payments are due by the 28th of each month for the upcoming month. A credit card is required to be on file, your card will be charged on the 28th of every month. However, you can choose to pay with cash or check before the 28th and your card will not be charged.

There is a $25.00 service charge for any returned check. Please make sure your credit card is up to date to avoid any late fees if the card is declined. There will be a $5.00 re-processing fee.

There is an annual $25 Membership fee. All members of Xplore tumbling are required to pay a $25 annual membership fee on the anniversary month of enrollment at Xplore Tumbling and Gymnastics. The registration fee is per family not per student.

Consistency is the key to progress, and we encourage all students to make their designated class. Monthly tuition pays for your child’s space in class regardless of whether they attend. As a courtesy, we offer the opportunity to make up a missed class under certain conditions. Make ups are subject to the following conditions:

1. A gymnast can make up a missed class subject to space availability based on the current class schedule.

2. Make ups must be pre-arranged with the front office or via phone call or email.

3. The gymnast must be currently enrolled in a regular class when doing the make up.

4. Make up class is forfeited if a gymnast is dropped and re-enrolls later.

5. A make-up class is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

6. A make-up must be made within 2 weeks of your child’s missed class.

7. Only one make-up a month.

8. No make ups for classes when the gym is closed for holidays. This has already been accounted for in our Tuition pricing.

9. No Walk-Ins.

10.If for any reason you do not show up for your make up class, another make-up will not be honored.

11.We understand that things will come up such as illnesses, school functions, etc. As much we would like to accommodate even more, it becomes unfair to those that do make their scheduled class times, and we will not overbook a class for a makeup.

Once tuition has been processed; tuition is non-refundable. Registration fees are also non-refundable.

There is no contract, if at any time you wish to drop from the program, we ask for a minimum of a 10-day notice, so that we can open that spot for someone else. You can email us directly if that is easier than a written notice. If we do not receive a 10-day notice, you will still be charged, and therefore, enrolled in the upcoming month.

When inclement weather is predicted, we carefully watch the weather to determine when or if we need to cancel classes. We will update the website according to those changes. The discretion to not attend a class is always the decision of the family.
